Human’ part of the Resource will survive against "AI" in the Talent Economy!
We as ‘Human’ will ensure AI progressively learns the ‘Non-Human’ (repetitive, tool-based, contextual, and simple/complex) tasks. Whether one is an engineer or a fund-manager, it doesn’t matter. As long as you (not your job/role, but YOU) are staying within the very boundary of pure-play ‘Mind’ rules, it can do it. That is why we hear about mind-mapping robots!

Then, what makes the argument profound that the ‘Human’ part of the resource will survive AI in the Talent Economy? Because, 'Human’ has always shown some fundamental ‘Human’ skills to not only survive but prosper as a community since the primitive ages. Example: our successful transition from building ‘wooden wheel to machine to motor to automation’ in past centuries.

So, which are those top 5 fundamental “Human’ Intelligence (HI) skills we need to sharpen in the Talent Economy:

Creativity (Cognitive)

Risk Taking (Self-efficacy)

Adaptability (Self-efficacy)

Collaboratio(Social)

Leading Others (Social)

Combination of mind, heart and soul is reflected in the above-mentioned ‘Human’ skills… AI is the outcome of HI, and HI will come out of something new in future. However, HI will always remain a ‘parental skill’ for EVERYTHING.
